By commissioning me, the client agrees to all terms stated here.Commissions are for personal and non-profit use only.
Clients must be above 18 years of age to order a commission.
I retain all rights to my artwork and may use artwork for portfolios, merchandise and commission samples.
Use of my work for NFTs and AI art generation is strictly forbidden.
Clients give consent for the finished artwork to be shared on the artist’s social media and portfolios.
I have the right to refuse a commission request.

PAYMENT
Full payment is upfront via PayPal and Wise in USD. I do not accept cryptocurrency.
Prices may increase depending on the complexity of the client’s request.
If I am unable to take on your request for any reason before I begin work, I will provide a full refund of the commission.
Once I have begun work on the commission, it is strictly non-refundable.CREATION PROCESS
Provide a clear description of your request, as well as text and visual references when ordering. This will provide a streamlined process for me to work through. You may also refer to my artwork for examples of my techniques and style.
The duration to complete an artwork may vary from 2 weeks to 2 months. Please bear in mind I am studying full-time, which may affect completion time. If the client requires the commission done by a deadline, additional fees will be required.
Work on the commission will begin after payments are received. Please pay within 48 hours or I will cancel the commission.
I will send an initial rough sketch drawn digitally for the client to review and make any alterations. Once cleared, I will send a cleaned sketch for final revisions.
After the sketching stage, the process moves to traditional mediums, by which no revisions can be made. This includes the transfer to paper, painting, lineart and final details.
Once complete, I will finalise the work digitally for minor corrections.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE
The client will receive a high-resolution copy of the artwork as a .png file. This will be sent with a watermarked and un-watermarked version to the client’s email.
If requesting for the artwork to be shipped to your address, additional shipping fees will be added to the existing commission fee. This will be sent via AusPost.
Currently, I am learning how to send out artworks via postage and for now this will be limited to domestic clients in Australia.
Commissioned work may be uploaded by the client and credited to my social media (@houjitsun).HOW TO ORDER
Please send a message to any of my social media accounts or contact my email. Any consultations or revisions will be done via the client’s platform of choice.
If using PayPal, please also include your email when commissioning so I may send an invoice.
