Commissions are for personal and non-profit use only.

Clients must be above 18 years of age to order a commission.

I retain all rights to my artwork and may use artwork for portfolios, merchandise and commission samples.

Use of my work for NFTs and AI art generation is strictly forbidden.

Clients give consent for the finished artwork to be shared on the artist’s social media and portfolios.

Do not trace or re-sell the commission online.

For any reason do I have the right to refuse a commission request.

Payment is made via PayPal or Australian bank transfer. I do not accept cryptocurrency.

Payment may be delivered entirely upfront by the client, or by a 50/50 payment arrangement. In this arrangement, 50% of commission price is paid upfront, and the remaining 50% paid after sketch is completed.

If I am unable to take on your request for any reason before I begin work, I will provide a full refund of the commission.

All invoices are due within 7 days, from which the invoice and associated commission will be cancelled.

Prices may increase depending on the complexity of the client’s request.

If the client requires the commission done by a deadline, additional fees will be required.

Commissions may be fully refunded before I begin work.

Commissions can no longer be refunded after the sketch is completed and approved.

On a 50/50 payment basis, commissions can be cancelled at the sketch stage, but the upfront 50% payment will not be refunded.

Provide a clear description of your request, as well as text and visual references when ordering. This will provide a streamlined process for me to work as efficiently as possible. You may also refer to my artwork for examples of my techniques and aesthetic intention.

The duration to complete an artwork may vary from 2 weeks to 2 months.

Work on the commission will begin after payment is received.

I will send an initial sketch drawn digitally for the client to review and make any alterations before approval.

On a 50/50 payment arrangement, progress on commission will resume after the remaining 50% is paid.

Once cleared, the process moves to traditional mediums, by which no revisions can be made. This includes the transfer to paper, painting, lineart and final details.

Once complete, I will finalise the work digitally for minor corrections.

The client will receive a high-resolution copy of the artwork as a .png file. This will be sent with a watermarked and un-watermarked version to the client’s email.

If requesting for the artwork to be shipped to your address, additional shipping fees will be added to the existing commission fee. This will be sent via AusPost.

Shipping is limited to Australian clients only.

Commissioned work may be uploaded by the client and credited to my social media (@houjitsun).
